Drop in and enjoy open studio time with access to wheels, tools, and workspace. No commitment needed!

Info

Want to spend a day getting your hands dirty? Our Day Pass is perfect for experienced potters who want to drop in, work independently, and use the studio without committing to a membership.

Your Day Pass includes:

Full-day access to the studio during open studio hours

Use of our pottery wheels and handbuilding tables

Access to studio tools and equipment

Use of our house glazes

A place to make, experiment, and get your clay fix

Clay is not included and can be purchased through Slow Matter Studio.

Firing & Storage

Firing and storage are not included in the Day Pass and are charged separately.

Firing: $2 per piece per firing for pieces under 12"

Firing: $5 per piece per firing for pieces over 12"

Storage: Temporary storage is available for $10 per week if you need to leave your work at the studio.

Because pottery takes time to dry, trim, glaze, and fire, your Day Pass does not guarantee that work made during your visit can be fired immediately. Please plan accordingly.

A few things to know

Day Passes are intended for experienced potters who can work independently. If you're brand new to pottery, we recommend starting with one of our introductory classes instead.

We require 24 hours notice minimum for all day passes. After purchasing your day pass, please email us at info@slowmatterstudio.com with the intended date of use.

Please follow all studio rules and clean your workspace and equipment thoroughly when you're finished.
